Trackside Briefings operates on a strictly invitation-only basis. Attendance at all events — including track weekends, hosted golf sessions, and executive briefings — is curated to ensure the highest quality of conversation, relevance, and trust among participants. Submitting an application does not guarantee an invitation.
All applications are reviewed individually by our team. We evaluate applicants based on professional background, industry relevance, session fit, and the overall composition of each event. Our goal is to create small, balanced groups where every participant contributes to and benefits from the conversation. Review decisions are typically communicated within five business days.
Approved guests are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Conversations that take place during Trackside Briefings events are considered confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise by all parties. We reserve the right to revoke an invitation at any time if we believe a guest’s participation would compromise the integrity of the event.
Invitations are non-transferable. Each invitation is extended to a specific individual based on our review process. Guests may not send substitutes, delegates, or representatives in their place without prior written approval from our team.
If you are unable to attend a session for which you have been approved, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer your place to another qualified guest. We maintain a waitlist for each session and will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
Professional photography may be taken during select events for internal use and promotional purposes. Guests will be notified in advance if photography is planned. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our team upon arrival. No guest photography or recording is permitted during briefing sessions without explicit consent.
Trackside Briefings is an independent, privately operated executive series and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, Formula One World Championship Limited, or any Formula 1 team. All references to Formula 1 events, circuits, and race weekends are for descriptive purposes only.
